Agent & Managing Director
Simon had a successful career as a performer in Musical Theatre, Film and Commercial work since training at Millennium Performing Arts. After 10 years of professional performing experience he came over to the dark side to help find and nurture future talent.
He successfully completed an internship programme at Keddie Scott Associates and then went onto create and manage Oxford Adams Associates. Simon understands what it takes to progress within the industry and wants to personally guide and advise his clients to achieve their dreams and goals.
Steven grew up on the Suffolk coast, before moving to the other side of the country to Liverpool to study Music, Theatre & Entertainment Management at LIPA.
He began his career on the casting side of the industry, working for Pippa Ailion Casting, assisting them on the casting of many West End shows, as well as Telsey & Co. on the hit Disney film Into The Woods.
Steven’s first foray into agent life came when he interned at Amanda Howard Associates in 2012, before moving to become Phil Belfield’s assistant at Belfield & Ward, and after three years they gave him the opportunity to work with his own select list of clients.
Amy was raised in the Isle of Wight, where she benefited from a hands-on training experience in rep theatre. She has performed professionally since the age of 17, with a career spanning all genres including theatre, TV, touring and studio work. Thanks to the positive influence of her professional musician parents, she has also enjoyed life as a front-woman, singing with various function bands and successful established artists.
Deciding to make a move away from the stage, Amy has been working as Head Agent at Dale Hammond for the last few years, as well as working as a performing arts teacher and director.
Amy is excited to bring her skills and experience to Oxford Adams, and looks forward to cultivating positive relationships with the clients.
